Designed in 1960, the BR 02 sofa bed has not been out of production for a day.

A clear construction and timeless design language, this design is made to transcend generations!
In one single movement, the sofa can be converted into a single sofa bed, ideal for the creation of an extra sleeping place.

The BR 02 sofa has a round tubular frame, matt chrome plated or black epoxy coated, and many possibilities in the upholstery department.

The BR 02 sofa bed breathes sustainability: now that recycling is an ever-growing theme in the (design) world, Martin Visser appears to have been a real forerunner. Thanks to the separate elements, the sofa bed can easily be reupholstered. With reupholstering, and possibly renewal of the interior and suspension, a BR 02 will last for years and both the look and the seating comfort will be like new again!
