The Florence Knoll Coffee Table, designed for new public and private interiors in the America of the 1960's, is Knoll's scaled-down interpretation of the lines, gestures and materials of Mid-Century America. The table has a spare, geometric presence, in line with all of her designs, reflecting the rational design approach she learned from Mies van der Rohe.

Frames are rectangular or square, of welded steel with a polished or chrome finish, clear glass or a variety of marble tops.

Marble versions are coated with transparent polyester finish to eliminate use-associated stains.
