For architect and sculptor Jonathan Muecke, material serves as a foundation, repetition brings clarity, and logic opens the door to creative freedom. In his first commercial collaboration with Knoll, Muecke translates the core tenets of his artistic practice into an all-wood dining collection that evokes the approachable essence of a classic kitchen table and chairs. “I prefer to accept things as they are, rather than speculate on what they were meant to be,” he says. “In the end, these pieces are meant to be generous.”
