Crafted from welded steel with lustrous, polished finishes, the D'Urso Occasional Table reflects its surroundings, subtly integrating into and enhancing the ambiance of any space. Its reflective surfaces blur the line between object and environment, elevating its presence beyond mere function. Discreet casters allow the table to glide effortlessly—ideal for cleaning or reconfiguring a room—giving it a light, almost floating appearance.

When renowned interior designer Joseph D'Urso couldn't find a suitable table for a project in a spacious New York City loft in 1980, he created his own. Existing designs were too small in scale, and he sought a piece that combined generous proportions with mobility. Originally designed as a one-off solution, the table's versatility and bold presence soon caught the attention of Knoll's design director, who partnered with D'Urso to bring the piece into the collection.
